Metal and plastic bumpers and re-inforcement bars
are remanufactured and
sold on an exchange basis whereby the customer's damaged but repairable bumper is received in exchange after our replacement part is installed. Pick up of the used bumper core is part of our service however due to storage and handling concerns, bumpers which are not repairable are not picked up. We re-manufacture the products we sell from cores we receive in exchange or which are acquired from core brokers. Other core sources include new undamaged factory paint blemished bumpers and new metal stampings. To maintain stock availability certain products are out- sourced from other manufacturers and inspected and worked on if necessary to insure quality standards are consistently met.

Plastic Bumper Repairs Custom Plating & Restoration

Electro-plating - Custom, industrial, and decorative
electroplating is available in chrome, nickel, copper,
antique copper, brass, and antique brass. Chroming
of aluminum is limited to small parts. Due to their design
and the nature of the electro-plating process we do not
accept work on most automobile and truck rims.

Metal polishing - Shiny, satin or matte finishes can be
brought to aluminum, stainless steel, or other metals.
Rougher artistic finishes are also available.

Plastic Repairs - Items such as motorcycle farings,
ATV fenders, snowmobile hoods and belly pans and
water or fuel tanks can be repaired with the same
techniques used to repair plastic automobile
   bumpers.

Bumper Re-construction - Rare, vintage classic
bumpers which have been rusted out can be rebuilt
by welding replacement metal patches in areas where
the original metal has corroded away.

Custom Plating & Restoration - Existing factory
original bumpers can be custom modified to the
   customer's specifications. Some limitations apply.

Metal Stripping/Rust Removal - Rusty, corroded
parts such as engine parts, springs, hoods and doors
can be cleaned and stripped for restoration.
