SALES POLICY

The prices stated in this book are effective August 1,2001
and will
remain in effect until further notice.

The prices stated in this book supercede any and all listed prices or quotes thereof. We strive to provide a large selection and keep in stock as many parts as possible however due to stock fluctuation, re-manufacturing process time and back orders we do not guarantee availability and assume no liability for inability to supply or delays in filling orders. In order to maintain a large selection and consistent ability to supply, not all products listed are available as remanufactured O.E.M. parts.

The prices stated in this book are established in relation to O.E.M. prices stated in the Mitchell Collision Estimation guides and are determined on a part by part basis by the economies of scale for repairing, the part, the availability of viable cores and alternate sources for the part. For these reasons, we do not guarantee our prices to be lower than O.E.M. new prices on all items however in most instances there is a considerable reduction in cost from that of an O.E.M. new part.

Prices for items not listed in this book are available on request. Some items require inspection to be priced and price quotes for parts not listed in this book are subject to review both at the time of receiving the item and at certain stages of the process. We are not responsible for placement of items determined to be unworkable after the process has started.

Orders can be placed with our driver/salesman or by phone, fax or e-mail. When ordering please specify the year, make, model and options for the product(s)you require. Verify correct year, model and options prior to installing and/or painting parts.

Test fitting is recommended, as parts that have been altered are not returnable. We will not be held liable for situations or claims arising from incorrectly ordered products.

Prices are based on the exchange of a repairable core. If an exchange core is not available a 20% core charge is applicable at our discretions and should be allowed for on estimates.

We match competitor price quotes stated on insurance estimates in most instances conditional on the ability of the competitor to supply and verification of price. If we can't supply a product from exchange stock, the customer's own part can be re-manufactured at the same price as an exchange stock provided that part is not damaged beyond cost effective repair. Incoming freight charges will be paid on parts sent to us for re-manufacturing provided the item is repairable and has a list price of no less than $250.00

Out of town customers requiring shipping of their orders should upo receiving a product check the packaging and take note of any signs of damage or mishandling. We are not responsible for freight damage or processing of freight damage claims. Should you receive an item damaged in transit, immediately file a claim with the local shipping companyoffice and notify us to re-supply. Replacement or re-worked product will be supplied on the invoice indicating "exchange re: freight damage".All products for return including freight damaged or defective parts should be properly re-packaged in theoriginal wrapping and be handled and stored in such a way as to avoid damage prior to being pick up or shipped for return.

Re-stocking charges will apply to products, which have returned damaged. Products which have been used are not returnable.
